You and your guest(s) will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee for any of the following reasons:

  1. Using the premises for any illegal activity.
  2. Causing damage to premises or neighbor’s properties.
  3. Any other acts or disturbances causing distress to the immediate neighborhood.

Personal Property:

We will not be responsible for personal items left behind. We will try to locate and return personal items to you, with a return fee.

Property Damage:

You are expected to leave the property in the same general condition in which it was received. Please report to us if any damages or concerns you may have.

Awesome Property with a Great Location!

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and we highly recommend this property! The house was very clean and big enough to fit 9 adults comfortably. They had everything we could have needed for our stay.

The home was well appointed with plenty of bath and kitchen towels, kitchen utensils, trash bags, and most everything we needed. The host was quick to respond. The only thing is the driveway…very steep and angled, but we loved our stay.
